OPINION POLL: Danes opposed to euro

If a referendum on the euro were to be held in Denmark today, there would still be a solid opposition to adopting the common currency in the country, according to a Statistics Denmark poll for Danske Bank.

According to the poll, only 27.9 percent of those who are certain of their vote would vote in favour of adopting the euro, while 43.0 percent of the certains would vote ‘no’ the poll finds.
