Twenty-four suspected Somali pirates being held on board Denmark’s support and command vessel Esbern Snare are to be handed over for prosecution to Kenya, according to Denmark’s Foreign Ministry.
Prosecuting authorities in Kenya have announced that Kenya is prepared to accept all 24 suspected pirates with a view to prosecuting them.
