Former Integration Minister Birthe Rønn Hornbech has raised doubts about the Danish government’s agreement with the Danish People’s Party on permanent border controls, which is due to be voted on in Parliament later this week.
“I am still looking for a memorandum from the Justice Ministry saying that the agreement is clearly legal,” says Hornbech.
