The Danish Maritime Officers (DMO) organisation has filed a complaint against the Shipcraft shipping company and its CEO on allegations in connection with six of its sailors who have been held by Somali pirates since January 12.
According to the organisation, working environment and safety at sea rules have been contravened because the shipping company is alleged not to have attempted or contributed to winning the release of its sailors.
