Germany’s 16 federal state ministers are to meet in Berlin this week and are expected to condemn the Danish government and the Danish People’s Party’s agreement to extend customs controls at Danish borders, according to Hessen’s Justice and Europe Minister Jürg-Uwe Hahn in an interview with Jyllands-Posten.
“Hessen will put forward a proposal that clearly condemns the move and supports the German government’s attempts to bring about a quick change in the Danish practice,” Hahn says.
