Justice Minister Lars Barfoed (Cons) is to go through the rules on the sale of artificial fertilisers to make it more difficult for potential terrorists to produce bombs such at the one that devastated the government quarter in Oslo on Friday.
The Oslo bomb is said to have been produced using fertiliser with a high content of ammonium nitrate, which can relatively easily be made into an explosive when mixed with diesel.
