Danish unemployment was up for the second month in a row in June, but still lower than the same time last year, according to the latest figures from Statistics Denmark.
According to the figures, unemployment rose by 900 in June to reach 162,000 in seasonally adjusted figures, or 5.9 per cent of the labour force. June was 0.3 percentage points lower than in July 2010 which showed 6.2 per cent without a job.
