As the election drums pick up pace, the government has announced it will be presenting its budget proposal on Wednesday next week rather on Tuesday as had been planned.
The Finance Ministry announced the postponement without explanation with speculation rife that the government will be presenting a growth package next week and that the prime minister will call an election next week or the week after.
