The Social Democrats are accusing the outgoing Liberal-Conservative government of having left the national railways carrier DSB almost bankrupt.
The accusations have come following reports that DSB is facing layoffs. The Danish Railway Union says that more than a thousand layoffs are in the pipeline as a result of a DKK 800 million deficit in the wake of the DSBFirst scandal. DSB management has denied the report.
