The Social Democratic Political Spokesman Henrik Sass Larsen, who was generally slated to become finance minister in Denmark’s new centre-left government, has failed a security clearance and withdrawn from the field of ministerial candidates.
According to Sass Larsen, his failure to achieve security clearance was based on a single public meeting with a leading Bandidos biker in Køge who was seeking advice in a private family case on access to a son.
