A Danish hunter and his Norwegian head tracker have made themselves highly unpopular in Norway after the Dane shot a famous albino moose yesterday, with the Norwegian tracker having received threats to his life.
Albin, as the moose was dubbed after a naming competition by 25,000 Norwegians, is a highly unusual specimen of moose in Norway as he was completely white. After popular pressure Norwegian hunters had decided that the now six-year-old buck was out of bounds for hunters.
