Anne Baastrup, a Socialist People’s Party MP who purported to disclose that Denmark’s deficit in 2012 was at DKK 100 billion rather than the DKK 85 billion forecast by the former government, now says it was just something she had heard, and is unable to document.
“It’s just something I hear, that there isn’t so much money,” Baastrup tells politiken.dk.
