The number of women middle managers in Danish companies has not increased that much since 2007, despite a business ‘Charter for more women’.
According to a Politiken survey of 25 of the companies that signed the Charter, the overall number of women middle managers has risen by less than one percent per year, from 23.5 per cent to 26 percent.
