Denmark has agreed to a request from the Libyan Transitional National Council (TNC) to treat 50 Libyans who have been seriously wounded in the recent hostilities in the country.
The Danish Foreign Ministry says the 50 patients will be flown to Denmark in a Danish Air Force Hercules transporter and taken to hospitals in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Odense.
