A heavy west-north-westerly storm has begun crossing Denmark with heavy winds and rain washing across the country and with most regions expected to be affected during the day.
“The gusts will be heavy throughout the country so the public should secure any loose items. But it will not be as bad as the last storm we had,” says Duty Meteorological Officer Jørn Thomsen referring to a similar but heavier storm two weeks ago.
