The gaming market in Denmark will be fully liberalised on Jan. 1, 2012 and the Tax Authority SKAT has now approved 38 applications to start up gaming sites.
“We are making sure that those who offer bets and online casinos on the Danish market also contribute to Danish society. Danes and voluntary organisations that are supported through gaming can be content,” says Tax Minister Thor Möger Pedersen (SocPpl).
