Greeks, Italians and other EU nationalities from countries with economic problems are increasingly seeking northwards in order to find jobs and a better life.
In the first nine months of this year, Danish authorities have given residence permits to 264 people from Greece, compared to 135 in 2008, and with the Danish embassy in Athens reporting an increased interest in Denmark.
