A Danish skier is reported to have been killed on Monday following an avalanche in the Val d’Isère.
According to valdinet.com, the unnamed skier, who was in the 30s, had been skiing off piste with eight others and an instructor at 2,700 metres on the western slopes of the Grand Vallon when the avalanche occurred.
