The Danish Defence Ministry may have received 21 applications for the post of Chief of Defence of the Danish armed forces, but the job seems not to be a particularly popular prospect among the country’s generals.
According to a survey by Berlingske, only one or two of the country’s two and three star generals have put themselves in the running.
