Putin’s return to the Russian presidency is a good thing.
Not because he in any way is the best man for the job, but rather because it is undoubtedly the best result in furthering the process of disillusionment that demonstrations over the past few months have clearly shown is growing among Russians. Disillusionment after all the broken promises of reform.
