New figures from the Justice Ministry show that crime among 14-year-olds in 2011 has been twice as high as initially thought, with the new figures coming a week after the government has raised the age of responsibility from 14 to 15.
Information writes that after the previous centre-right government lowered the age of criminal responsibility on July 1, 2010, figures for the second six months of that year showed that there had only been fines and a total of 236 criminal cases.
