Abdulhadi al-Khawaja, who is two months into a hunger strike in Bahrain, is now so weak that he has been moved to a new hospital in the kingdom, according to Faten Haddad, an employee of al-Khawaja’s lawyer Mohamed al-Jishi.
“He has been moved to a new hospital. We have not been told what the problem is, whether he is in a coma or what. We have just been told that it is because he is in a critical condition,” Haddad tells Politiken.dk.
