Minister for Social Affairs Karen Hækkerup (SocDem) says that a new report from the Social Appeals Board shows that abused children have been let down by local councils who have failed to act in time.
In order to address the problem, Hækkerup suggests in Jyllands-Posten that all local councils should set up a central unit to handle reports on children.
