NATO has decided to postpone its troop reductions in Kosova because the security situation in the Serbian dominated north of the country is uncertain, according to NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen.
“We have decide to postpone the decision to reduce the size of the KFOR contingent in Kosova,” Fogh Rasmussen says during a visit to the Balkan territory.
