Thomas Sørensen, a Dane who absconded with his five-year-old son from a kindergarten in Graz in Austria last April and brought him to Denmark, is being charged in Austria with kidnapping, according to the Austrian news agency APA.
APA adds that Sørensen has been subpoenaed by letter to appear in court in Austria on September 25. Sørensen has asked for a Danish rather than a German-language letter.
