A family in Elsinore, six of whose children had previously been removed by the authorities, secretly had a seventh child and hid the boy from view and outside contact for four years, Helsingør Dagblad reports.
The neglected child was found by chance by police officers in August during a search of the premises in connection with unrelated suspicions. The young boy was found under a blanket in the back of a car in the garage and was removed from the parents’ custody.
