Pump problems meant that water supplies to Frederiksberg in Copenhagen were largely cut from 7.45 a.m. this morning, but the Water Authority says supplies have now been restored .
Chief Technical Officer Egon Erlandsen says that some 90,000 people were affected by the technical failure, which was caused by a defect network component in the system that regulates water pumps.
