The Danish warship Absalon Thursday freed 12 Pakistani and Iranian hostages from a pirate mother ship off the Horn of Africa and detained 16 suspected pirates according to Admiral Fleet Denmark (SOK).
Absalon took over the pirate vessel without having to use force, and no-one was injured in the incident.
