The Conservatives would be strengthened if Lars Barfoed stepped down as party leader according to almost two thirds of those who voted for the party at the last election.
The Megafon poll for Politiken and TV2 shows that some 61 per cent of Conservative voters at the last election say that if Barfoed stepped down it would benefit the party, with only 10 per cent saying that it would harm the party.
