Climate and Energy Minister Martin Lidegaard has admitted that he had been made aware of a gaping hole in solar cell legislation that is likely to cost the state dear.
“I received that note (…) that is correct. But I did not realise that there was a gap and that was the problem. As a result I did not inform the (Ed: political) parties to the agreement,” Lidegaard said at a hastily convened meeting of the Climate and Energy Committee on Tuesday of this week.
