Justice Minister Morten Bødskov says that the new Public Information Law is clear as a bell, but nonetheless his own ministry was unable to answer whether three of eight concrete cases would have been uncovered if the new law had been in effect at the time.

Parliament’s Justice Committee asked for information as to whether eight concrete cases that have been uncovered by the media in recent years, would have come into the public domain under the new law.
