Obama har i sin præsidentperiode haft uddannelse højt på dagsordenen. Uddannelse for alle, vel og mærke, uanset om man er født med en guldske et vist sted:
"We must make sure that people, who have the grades, the desire and the will, but not the money, can still get the best education possible," som præsidenten har udtrykt det.
