It came as quite a shock when Yasmin Andreasen showed up at the citizen service office in Sundby last July to renew her passport, which was about to expire.
It was the fifth time she needed a new passport. She got her first Danish passport at the age of 15, and it had always been easy and straightforward to get a new one.
