When 23-year-old Mathilde Lodahl missed an alarm on her phone last May, panic set in. That alarm was supposed to secure her a spot in the queue for tickets to the American pop star Billie Eilish’s concert in Copenhagen.

»I just thought: No, no, no. This can’t be happening«, recalls Mathilde Lodahl.
