Husets Teater insisted that it had not broken the law. Their perhaps most talked-about production this year was not a copy, declared the small theater in Copenhagen.

Nevertheless, the board has now reached a settlement with the powerful rights agency Nordiska, which sued theater director Liv Helm and playwright Nanna Cecilie Bang in May for copyright infringement.
