It almost doesn’t get more ‘Shark Tank’-like than a story like this:

Two good friends, both chefs with résumés from various Michelin restaurants in Copenhagen, threw in the towel a handful of years ago and embarked on almost alchemistic experiments, think elixirs of life, with the micro-distillery Nordic Ethanol.
