Monday afternoon, a several-meter-high column of white smoke suddenly emerged from the trunk of a Tesla parked near Nørrebro Station in Copenhagen.

The car’s battery started overheating, and the Copenhagen Fire Department cordoned off the area until a truck with a specially built water-filled container arrived.
