Just Eat was hailed as »groundbreaking« and »a shining example« when it became the first and only takeaway service in Denmark to present a collective agreement for its delivery workers in 2021.

Just Eat has repeatedly highlighted its model of employing delivery workers as the socially responsible alternative to competitors like Wolt, which uses independent »courier partners«.
