Whether it’s a national record, I don’t know – but wow, there are so many mayoral candidates in this local election. One municipality, Randers, which had the most party-switchers in the last term, has six mayoral candidates. Ringkøbing-Skjern also has six. While a municipality like Vordingborg reached four candidates before the first vote is cast.

The same number as Copenhagen.
