Lidl, Netto, and 365Discount have all promised permanently low prices on, among other things, beef and butter, an attempt to send customers a signal before prices rise again, the chief economist says.
It should be much cheaper to buy groceries like beef, butter, and cream in Danish supermarkets.
That was the message first from Lidl, then from Netto, and now from 365discount as well, in what over the past few days has developed into a full-blown price war.
