With the start of the academic year just around the corner, this article will, in all likelihood, be a welcome eye-opener for some students – and an annoying provocation for others:

Starting this year, students on SU (Denmark’s state education grant) can, for the first time, claim a tax deduction for travel back and forth between their home and their place of study, provided there are more than 12 kilometers between the two addresses.
