Det har vakt stor opsigt, at tre højtspecialiserede overlæger fra Afdeling for Transplantation og Sygdomme i Fordøjelsessystemet på Rigshospitalet er blevet fyret efter en lang periode med samarbejdsvanskeligheder.

Men mandag tog hele sagen efter Politikens oplysninger en ganske opsigtsvækkende drejning, da politikere og embedsfolk i Region Hovedstaden på et ekstraordinært forretningsudvalgsmøde i bygning 12 på Bispebjerg Hospital blev orienteret af Rigshospitalets øverste ledelse.
