Denmark's Integration Minister Birthe Rønn Hornbech says that all of the EU countries will have a problem if non-EU citizens without residence permits can claim family reunions with an EU citizen.
Such a system makes human smugglers urge more people who want to get into the European Union to do so, the minister says as a result of the European Court's Metock judgement, which makes it easier to win family reunions than Danish immigration laws allow.
