The Danish Marriage Without Borders Association is in the process of collecting cases with a view to opening a class action suit against the government and Immigration Service, alleging that the two have misled the public about EU rules for family reunions.
So far, up to 100 couples have subscribed to a mailing list the association has set up , in which the couples agree to take part in a class action.
