Last Tuesday, at six in the morning, a lorry with a crane rolled up in front of the statue of Moses that flanks the stairs of Copenhagen Cathedral or Vor Frue Kirke.
To the astonishment of passers-by, stonemasons lifted the 3-meter, several ton, bronze sculpture onto the bed of the lorry allowing Moses to lie on his back to read the Ten Commandments as stonemasons drove off with him.
