With careful movements, Sisse Marie Welling removes the foil from a kebab wrap and begins to bite small pieces off the warm roll.

»Now it’s all about not getting a stain on my clothes,« she says, pulling out a stack of meeting papers from her bag to use as a makeshift plate.
