Complaints from citizens about Rejsekort, DSB, Metroselskabet (the Metro company), and other transport companies have flooded the Consumer Ombudsman over the past six months. The reason is Rejsekort’s and the transport companies’ intense nationwide campaign stating that the physical Rejsekort is shutting down, and customers should instead download Rejsekort’s new app on their smartphones.
