That is how the Conservatives’ media spokesperson, Helle Bonnesen, responded after reading Politiken’s article about Mie Andersen’s disturbing experiences with Instagram. Years after a personal meeting with Martin Ruby, Meta’s head of public policy for the Nordic region, Mie Andersen was still able to find the same images and accounts on Instagram that had driven her to self-harm.
