Two 16-year-old boys were able to buy tobacco in a test-run, despite a new law that came into effect on Monday that sets the legal age for tobacco purchases at 18.

The investigation, that was carried out by tjek.dk and Politiken.tv, showed that nine out of ten shops failed to ask for identification cards or the ages of the two boys.
