Recently, I bought a bottle of gin that looks just like the one I already have at home. But there’s a significant difference: it’s alcohol-free. I also bought a wine that’s not actually wine, but fermented tea that tastes like a sparkling rosé. Additionally, I’ve become an enthusiastic brewer of water kefir, which is an excellent alternative to wine when the sun is shining and the terrace is calling for rosé.
