Recently, I bought a bottle of gin that looks just like the one I already have at home. But there’s a significant difference: it’s alcohol-free. I also bought a wine that’s not actually wine, but fermented tea that tastes like a sparkling rosé. Additionally, I’ve become an enthusiastic brewer of water kefir, which is an excellent alternative to wine when the sun is shining and the terrace is calling for rosé.
Remember the alcohol-free alternatives when you invite people to a party. The selection is booming, and I predict that this summer we will party much more without high blood alcohol levels.
